The property was identified as a target for acquisition for the quality of its finishes, the prime location and its LEED Platinum accreditation which is in line with IPUT’s responsible investment strategy.

To maximise the potential of No.3, we have commenced a programme of design upgrades to the double height reception area, including new lighting, Walter Knoll furniture, feature panelling and the introduction of a selection of art pieces, showcasing some of the best of Irish art and design.

Our asset services team directly manages No. 3 in order to deliver the highest quality service for our occupiers. We have recently appointed a new building manager who is responsible for all day to day operations and to act as a direct point of contact to each occupier for ongoing communication and excellence in service.
